I would typically charge the candidate directly for my services but would welcome and encourage agency or part agency funding if appropriate.

The information provided in these sessions will give your consultants some great hints, tips and inside knowledge on how clients recruit and what clients actually put candidates through during the interview process. This will lead to your consultants securing more interviews as well as being more able to prepare your candidates better for their interviews – which ultimately will lead to more placements.
This insight can really make a difference in how your consultants approach client relationships and candidate preparation. Sessions last between 80mins and 110mins (depending on how interactive you are).
Whilst this course is great for consultants who are in the first couple of years of their recruitment careers; the insight I can provide from working in-house will be be really helpful to consultants at all levels.
